FREEPORT, Grand Bahama – Grand Bahama Island welcomed the Carnival Venezia to the Freeport Harbour on Friday, October 20, 2023. The cruise ship brought to the island 4,111 passengers along with 1,219 crew members. As is customary a plaque exchange occurred between the ship’s captain and the Port Director.  The ship’s maximum capacity is 6,200.
