FREEPORT, Grand Bahama – Hutchison Ports FHC – Berth 1 recently underwent repairs which included the construction of a new capping beam to enhance structural integrity. 

The repair project lasted for 11 months. Environmental considerations played a vital role in ensuring minimal impact on the surrounding ecosystem, with strict enforcement of a comprehensive Health, Safety, and Environmental Management plan throughout the project’s duration.
